I do like a fried egg sandwich. As long as the yolk is runny and not overdone so it goes hard.
When I was on night duties, we used to take turns at bringing food in to cook for our break. Fried egg sarnies, either toasted or not toasted was my go to light meal at 2am. Late supper or early breakfast, we were never quite sure.

Had my blood test results in 49mmol/mol it should be a bit lower 47mmol/mol, but not too bad considering, need to try a bit harder in the exercising department and with the warmer weather coming that shouldn't be too hard

Up early to deliver the hire van back to Barnstaple by 0730.
Hoping the high winds hold off long enough to bring my caravan back home.

Morning all. Rain is due in by 1100. The tv/radio forecast is far worse than my phone app shows......wonder who gets it right.
My plan is an Aldi dash at 0800.
I need a shower, which sounds simple except some days I can't up to have one......I shall see😗
