Well Mo, I can trump your 4.3 mile walk. I have just shopped at Aldi🙂.
Bear in mind this is a fairly big store.
Strange thing.MrsD wants some canned pears. It clearly shows them on the web site.
They have peaches, orange segments, pineapples and fruit salad.....but for some reason not pears. There must be some logic in that.

There is, in a way.
You always want the thing(s) you can't have, in this case canned pears.

I'm a registered carer, get to sew a GP same day every time

That is interesting. Is that something you have actually apply for, or, is it automatic?

Asking for a friend who is carer for his wife, who is wheelchair bound (MS), and he has great difficulty getting GP appointment.

Just got back. Been up since 5am.
Delivered hire van back to Barnstaple - it was snowing over Exmoor at 6 am - picked up our caravan from the storage yard and outran Storm Noa on the way back. Just got the van on our drive and the heavens opened. That was good timing!
It's now blowing a hoolie and sleeting.

Theres a form you can fill in, or just talk to the doctors receptionist and get them to put on your records that you are a carer.

I could not find pears in Sainsburys last time I went maybe there is a shortage

My old man's pee bottle came in handy on the M6 - Mrs SD was driving.

The diuretic they inject you with is very effective! 💦
