Depends on the type of Presidential state . In the USA the president has a huge amount of power as commander of the armed forces and can make or break legislation etc. Whereas where l live in France which is a semi presidential state , by contrast the president can be impeached and voted out of office if conditions require that to happen.

My mum had a fur coat. Mink I think it was. She offered it to me and my sister and we both said NO THANKS.. I have no idea what happened to it.
You should have accepted it and been the original "fur coat and no knickers".
