Started young, and still going.
Location
Barnet,
Good morning all.
I'm back from a fairly busy two weeks.
Last week I was in south Devon, and this week I was in Utrecht.
Now back home, washing done, dog walked, now drinking coffee and working myself up for some gardening.

I have bimbled this morning, my first bike ride since 11th February, a variation of a longer route taking me out through Bagington, Ryton and Woolston and back in through Binley Woods, down the Binley Rd and up Hipswell Highway and home, only 23 miles but I'm knackered now, a lovely morning for a bike ride, bright and sunny with a cool breeze, I'd got on a base layer, a short sleeved and a long sleeved top, gloves and tights, my arms were getting cold when i was pedalling into the breeze. I enjoyed that, it was nice to feel the saddle under my arse and the pedals under my feet, I'll have to do it again if I can, at the moment the weekend carer is coming early which is giving me the opportunity.

Its not too bad but my legs no longer like stairs.

Takes a while to get back up to speed eh?

Only 2 rides here (both not as long as yours) this year that were much shorter than my rides some 18 months back - and whilst I was nowhere near knackered; I 'knew' I had been out on a ride ie slightly weary & lethargic.

I see Netflix we ‘cracking down’ on password sharing….https://www.theguardian.com/media/2023/may/23/netflix-crackdown-on-password-sharing-reaches-the-uk
Might lose our household if they do….’the kids’ have broadly sprung the nest, but we continue to share our account (& Amazon/Disney).
If they get serious about this clamp down, we will collectively wave them bye bye 🤷‍♂️

Yes, got the Email from them. I notice they are offering a "legitimate" sharing option for £4/month. I don't know if this was always available, but, it it was, it was little publicised.

Short walk 2.84 miles today - too hot and neither of us like walking in the heat much.

Lovely fields of buttercups en-route:

Party for two night tonight - usual shenanighans.

Two tracks on tonight's playlist by Canadian artist Lights - very chilled and gorgeous when the bass kicks in. Really needs an outing on your main system or cans:
