Been out on the bike, bought a new wheelbrace, had a haircut and got a couple of bottles of Proper Job to have at lunchtime.
I've got a couple of smoked mackerel fillets to have with a bit of salad.
Tea tonight is going to be sausages, mash, onion gravy and peas.

Can hardly believe it's only 3 weeks until the longest day. It seems like yesterday we were saying we were glad we were past the shortest day!

By coincidence I have the car up on blocks, sump open and have to walk now to the motor factors to get 5L of 5W 30 which I thought I had a can of ! Was just putting the lead on the dog to bring her for the walk

Suns trying to break through here as well, we've been down Jubilee Junction for lunch, then hopped on the bus into town so my Good Lady could do some shopping, while we were there I stocked up on batteries, when the kitchen clock stopped I went into the battery drawer and no AA's.

Beautiful here in Bideford. Just back from a meal out in Westleigh , just off the Tarka trail, but we went in the car.( for those of you who know where it is).
Going home back to Tean tomorrow before the final drive to North Wales on Saturday. If the weather stays the same, thank dog for AC in the car.
