Well the grass man came the day before yesterday and put some stuff on the wreckage that used to be known as a lawn

apparently I can cut it today so that it a job for this afternoon

still not allowed to go for a ride due to broken arm- that should be unbroken now but I reckon I will get "looked at" if I mutter about bikes for the next week or so!

anyway - to be fair - it still doesn;t like certain movement - although some of them are nothing to do with where the break is so I think that is just lack of use.

anyway - might get the bike out anyway and do some fiddling

My next door neighbour has died, last week she fell over and broke he arm and went to hospital while there she had a heart attack, apparently she went to the toilets and had it there and they don't know how long she was there for so without immediate attention, they took her to ICU and put her on life support and yesterday they switched it off....she was a good neighbour and I had known her for 10 years RIP

Another little wander done with my old neighbours. They are having a meal out tonight with another friend in Comrie then they head back home to East Calder tomorrow, but they have enjoyed their week and hope to get back up again before too long. Don’t know why they moved to be honest. They don’t see as much of their family as they had thought, and Bill in particular has been miserable as the roads are not nearly so good for walking and cycling where they are. I think they slightly regret moving but are too old now to consider moving again.

Thanks. I do all of those!
Lots of physio and doctor involvement over the years, and more recently. Lots of exercises done and being done. Even had scans and Xrays, nothing to see which is both a good and bad thing, as nothing sinister to see, but also nothing to see that can be fixed.

My wife is a Cluster Headache sufferer which are seriously nasty. They are not called suicide headaches for nothing. Similar-ish to a migraine but a migraine with attitude amped fully up.

Eased off since post menopause though and touch wood I hope they stay away.

GP's know naff all about them and you need a neurologist to diagnose properly.

Has this been on your radar?

There's the odd time when the head feels as though it's getting ready to pop. But never really suffered with headaches.
