Great Orme done again but first time this year. It was hot but still enjoyable. Easy evening in front of the box now or reading a book. Mrs G is already in her pyjamas.

Did you see any dinghy’s sailing ? The class I sail in are having their nationals in Llandudno this Friday/ Saturday/ Sunday . They were moaning about too much wind this morning. 😂.

Here in Beer is surprising cool this evening , a very pleasant change to what we have been having in the midlands for the last month . .
Anyway holiday up date . Day one completed safely. 😀😀
Night night everyone.

Yes I did. Loads of little dinghies not far from the pier. The wind was coming from the South which was good for me.

Me too. Just about to go back to my book now as it’s the usual Saturday dross on telly.

I don't often watch Saturday night TV but was looking for something last night. At 8.00 it was Celebrity Chase or Pointless followed by Casualty. On a Saturday night! Geez.

For some reason I decided I wanted to see The Outlaw Josey Wales again. Classic Clint Eastwood western. Found it on Amazon Prime for £3.49...........does anyone ever manage to find films which are included in the Prime subscription? Everything I want to see is chargeable.

Hello. It's very hot here, been awake since 3.00ish and feeling tired to say the least. Mrs P has departed to the spare room. I don't do heat very well these days.

Small person arrives at 11.00 and we're taking her to a Bubble Festival. Don't ask, I don't know! 🤣

That is about it. I'm feeling very lethargic.......

Just settling down to sleep.

Great night, nice meal, plenty of music and for a retro-fix we watched a long Tina Turner gig.

Played some great music by young Canadian lass Lights (strange name but her real name is a bit complicated).

This is our track of the night, cool and laid back with a solid bassline - just how we like. Best played way past loud.

Also booked David Bowie Ziggy Stardust film at the cinema for July 7.

Used to be a big fan back in the 70's so looking forward to this as it is rare for us to play old music so it will be interesting to see how it has aged.

Goodnight all, we will be up around midday.

G'day all.
Son and his fiance went home (Nottingham) yesterday. The house is now strangely quiet.....can't say I like it.
Had a good kip and am half ready to face the day.
Glastonbury....
I am not a fan. However I caught The pretenders last night. For a live group they were excellent.
