Morning all.
A damp start but supposed to rapidly improve.
Re' my roast duck breast.......granddaughter just wanted chips with it so that was easy.
BTW, it was lovely. Tasty and really tender.
I have some left for a sarnie later.

Morning all,
I'll be out on the bike later as we need a few stores for tomorrows trip to Limoges in France. Some sandwiches, possibly a meal deal or two from the supermarket for tomorrows tea, as the hotel we are staying at is a bit outside of town, and only do breakfast. The rest of the trip the catering is all taken care of.
It's been raining overnight and will possibly get some more today.

Thanks but no thanks. I think I'll pass.
I have found more rubbish hidden at the back of a cupboard that clearly Mr WD has long forgotten, so it will be going in the bin today ready for the bin men tomorrow.

If ever he does sort of remember and asks me if I have seen it I shall plead total ignorance.

Good morning all.

10.30 and still cold out there but at least the rain has stopped. Kendal, which is a tad to the south of us, appears to be the epicentre of cold:
