I was in bed but couldn’t sleep so back up and dressed. It’s still dark! I will head out as soon as there’s a bit of daylight as there’s rain due later.

I am back. A lumpy 8.6 miles walked with a few little shuffly jogs on the second half.

Glad I've been out as I suspect that rain isn't far away. At least the cycling is on telly so that will keep me amused if it's wet.

It's very wet here. That's VERY!!!!! A bad night sleepwise. For some reason I wasn't tired, didn't go to bed till after midnight and then woke at 4.30am. Not good.

Only one thing happening today. Baggies at home. 👍
