We've been out to lunch, thats the second day in a row we've been out to lunch, Jubilee Junction yesterday and Cassilax today, we were expecting a delivery today and the stepson was visiting, the delivery was early and the Stepson cancelled so we had time, out down the club later, this afternoon I'm making beds, stripped them this morning, dirty sheets in the washing machine as I type.

Done walking, had to go on a differant route as one of the tiny lanes I use is closed for three days

Afternoon folks not bad weather here today. Continuing my leg strengthening rides and went up a hill by a wind farm. The thought occurred that if i over exert and the ambulance crew have to come up the hill with a defibrillator at least they get to enjoy the view which is surely nicer than the aftermath of city pub brawl or the usual nasty stuff they have to deal with.

Having an early dinner before we go out to Minehead at 5.30.

A lady I know was bitten by an Adder while conducting a survey for the local herpetological society. An ambulance was called and the paramedics had to carry her on a stretcher across a fair bit of heathland. When they reached the ambulance they realised that they had somehow lost the keys to the Ambulance, that resulted in the Air Ambulance being called out
