Where are all of our early risers this morning?
We're off on the train to Minehead later.

I, for one, am feeling rough (again) today and going back to bed. I was up early but only because I felt rough while in bed.

A sunny morning here in Poole. Heard from the daughters and grandchildren who are now in Donostia ( San Sabastian ) The weather looks lovely, it will reach 32c today then drop back to about 25. They are each staying in their own apartments, with their cousin living in the third of a block of three.
I'm heading out for a tentative run, I've got Fracture Clinic at 2:00 where I hope to be " Signed Off " Fingers crossed that I'm in and out in less than an hour 🤞

4 hours for a large loaf in mine. Still it's not as if I have to do anything. Just throw everything in and press the buttons.

I only do small loaves as its only me to eat it. I could freeze it but a) it needs slicing and b) defrosted is never as nice.

I'm not keen on defrosted bread. I only use it for toast.

Another 2 new sticks have sprouted from my snake plant, that makes 5 new ones in a week. Wooohoooo.

Legs were weary this morning so back to a shorter walk.

Got a painful left delt. Have clearly tweaked something unpleasantly in there, so no lifting for the rest of the week.

Morning all . I am just waiting in to celebrate/commiserate with my daughter who is doing her driving test today.
It’s her second one , she can drive perfectly but gets very nervous when doing the test .

Fingers crossed for her, I should know in about an hour . 😀

Just back from a very warm and sunny 5k plod. Arm felt ok which is reassuring. I've decided to do a roundabout walk to the Fracture Clinic this afternoon and walk by the shore.
