WoW.....I had a really deep sleep for maybe 2 hours.
Sat listening to Oasis now.
Amazingly I feel hungry. Might have chilli and rice.

A change of plan was called for, we were in town all afternoon and got back too late to start the chicken off, so we are having fish Thursday, I'm about to put some battered haddock and chips in the oven.

I am not sure I am liking this getting old thing.
Yesterday everything was fine , we had a lovely picnic and a walk at Rutland yesterday .
This morning, I get into the car to go to the sailing , everything is still fine. I get out of the car and get a back spasm . Bang goes all the things I was going to do , in fact it was so bad I couldn’t even do my shoe laces up 😂😀.
Now back home feeling sorry for my self hoping the anti inflammatories work.
Hope everyone has had a better day than me.

My sympathies, my latest is arthritis in my right shoulder and it hurts like hell, I'm taking ibuprofen, but only when it is really bad, I don't see the point in seeing the doctor, that's if I could even get an appointment as he would just put it down to old age......these things happen and we have to get by the best we can.
