Walking boots and some scruffy trainers, but did have some luck a couple of months back! Walking along the beach collecting seaweed i saw a pair of trainers...went over to have a look and they were adidas and looked brand new, of course they wouldnt be my size except they were! size 11.5 Tourists just breeze through and wont be back so didnt feel bad snaffling them. Googled the make and model they were over £100

Got my Statin blood results back to day with the GP comment of radical improvement - all metrics fine.

Liver test was all fine too.

Been on Statins 3 months now - recheck in one year.

Didn’t get out for a walk today as my leg still feels dead - will do more stretching exercises in the morning and if ok I will get out for a decent session.

Cooooeeee. Dull and overcast here. The weather ap says there is a 100^ chance if rain here today.

Had to contact Powys County Council online as the bin men sailed past yesterday and didn't collect anyone's bin.
