Anyway - last night we weer 'reminded' that we "volunteered" to look after the grandkids this afternoon

funny how neither of us remember this but anyway

This morning we got a phone call and apparently their Uncle has said he will look after them as he has to look after his anyway
so we are free!!

weather is fine but blowing a gale - can;t be bothered to go for a ride because it is in an awkward direction

Oh - and also - went to get some sausages from the butcher - but it was closed - it was about 2 p.m. on a Saturday
this is the 3rd time I have gone there and it has been closed

I am starting to think it has closed down - like the one on the High Street!!

Maybe cos he zig zags a bit on the return leg (or maybe zag zigs).

Must be something like that - because my wallet is always much lighter so I should be faster!

Just back from the local beer festival. Music was good, as was the beer. It's on until 11:00 tonight. We were the early shift, a sea of grey hair wandering off home as the youngsters ( anyone under 60 ) were arriving to replace us 😉🍺🍺

Bonsoir. The crossing was rough and true to form, I suffered from seasickness. I was glad when we reached Dublin. I am now in a very comfy bed and should have a good night's sleep.

Morning. Even warmer and more humid this morning. Fed up of it. I’ll get out for a leisurely stroll while it’s quiet then get back for the morning athletics session.

It’s Crieff Highland Games today so the town will be busy later.

Morning all. Was comfy in bed bed but sadly awake....so I got up.
Supposed to be a nice day but for me a tv day.
I am off to watch the footy I recorded. Then there is the world cup footy which I have been really enjoying.
There is also golf on.
Mo, enjoy the athletics, I will try and squeeze some in to my busy schedule 🙂.
