This afternoon had an autumnal feel to it, the lavender in the front garden has had its autumn trim and I've brought the pair of pots of sweet peas round the back for breaking up and disposal, they've been magnificent all summer but are now well past their best.

Morning. Just back a gentle 4 mile out and back shuffle. Sweating even although it's quite chilly at the moment. Only just under 12 minute miles but I was trying to keep the heart rate down and the breathing easy.

Off to get freshened up now.

Good morning gentle readers. Mrs TKK are off to parkrun this morning, todays task is to guide her along the racing line which should shave about a minute off her time. There's a definite but slight chill in the air.
Ernie has awarded me £250 in total this month, after zilch last month.
