Enjoyed a pleasant 2 hours in the local pub with my neighbour.
Will put TV on shortly as watching the Chase became a bit of a ritual for me and Sue.

I found it much cheaper to buy dumpi-bag sizes, even adding the delivery, it was still cheaper

I recognise the " Crease " in the side of the loaf from the loaves that our own Panny makes. A friend loaned me a Panasonic Bread Machine over ten years ago when we were thinking of purchasing one. Working in Electrical Engineering and repairs I was curious about how the machine worked so had a really good dig around. It's really reassuring that the components that do the kneading and baking are the same in the very latest machines, the only differences are the display and cosmetics of the casing, and having a solenoid operated dispenser to drop seeds and stuff into the mix partway through. 10/10 for not faffing around once they had developed a mechanism that worked reliably and consistently.

I told MrsD that you always need more aggregate than you think when doing jobs like this, but she insisted that 'Eight bags looks more than enough to me'.
I knew it wouldn't be, but bit my lip.
I can savour my moment of triumph tomorrow.
Hang the expense!

Morning folks I do like this time of year the transition into autumn, it can be achingly beautiful here with a touch of after the summer 'party' sadness. Made my appointment at the opticians and look forward to getting some new specs
Have been ramping up the miles and my rides now are all 30m and up, i wonder how much more weight i can lose as im becoming whippet thin im mainly veggie so have to make sure im getting enough protein.
