Morning. Looks like a showery and windy week for us. I heard the rain overnight but it’s off at the moment. No doubt it’s just waiting for me to go out!

I’ll risk a decent walk and hope I get most of it done in the dry.

Off to Upton Country Park later as I've volunteered to marshal at Junior parkrun.

I made it to 5am before waking up, needing a trip to the loo.
Usual dog walking and then out on the bike for a while before it rains.
Spurs v Arsenal this afternoon, at the Emirates though, Spurs have yet to win there.
More tidying up the garden as it's starting to look very autumnal with quite a few of the flowering plants having stopped flowering and going over.

Good morning from a damp Coventry, F1 watched, my Good lady moved from bed to commode to settee, she's gone back to sleep whilst we wait for the carer, tablet box to refill next, family round later.

A day of respite😀. Family spent 3 weeks here yesterday!!! I love them but I was knackered.
They were doing a lot of 'prep' work prior to moving here.
Calling @Drago ....final plans for the garden room are underway...... any suggestions to eliminate fumes from crack cocaine ??

@welsh dragon ...how similar/dissimilar are your twin grandsons.
Mine are 4 years apart and could not be more different....quite amazing and lovely to see them interact.

Just back a 7.3 mile wander. Bit of a fine drizzle to start but not too bad. Think there's proper rain forecast for this afternoon so not sure if I'll get back out or not.

The last part of my walk was along a pavement on a section of the main road into Perth. Ten or fifteen years ago you might have seen half a dozen cars on a Sunday morning. Must have been around 60 this morning. We have become such a car centric society

There is a car run in Machynlleth today. Lots of cars all trying to raise money for the air ambulance. Well I will not be going out then, certainly not to Mach.
