The best mini pump i have is the Topeak mini morph. I have two. They get the pressure up to near 100 psi without too much effort.
Are the electric mini pumps ordinary battery operated or rechargeable?

I am looking at the Woodwind BP188 and it is rechargeable. It can pump up to 150 psi so plenty there as I only need 100 psi. Easy to carry in my back pocket too.

I'm due to be moving house on Monday so it is likely that for the next few days I will not be about much, if at all.

I don't want you lot worrying because of my recent anxiety flare up. I'm fine, Mrs D is with me, and I'll check in when I can.

I am just making a chilli con carne as my Bro and SiL are coming tomorrow.

Well that's knackered it for a while as the pub gets swamped by visitors. I like the Square and Compass in the Purbecks and the Vine at Pamphill. Ocassionally they feature in a national supplement as " hidden gems " and there's an influx of braying hooray henrys for a week or two.

Well, I think I filled in the form correctly for my complaint to the Ombudsman. Here's hoping I might get some progress. Damned sure Ovo isn't getting away with wiping all my credit I had built up by producing a weird estimated bill with inflated meter readings. Maybe they think we are all idiots and will just accept it as it's too much hassle to chase up, but they thought wrong.

Not sure of your detail - if they have literally made up 💩, hopefully you will win…
….. but something I learned with Octopus some time ago was to NOT build up excessive credit with energy companies.

Their regulator will only allow them to ‘back bill’ up to 12 months…..BUT if you have credit in the account, they can take older usage (that they might have failed to bill due to their systems) from that credit 😳

We had several months spanning a period just over 12 months old that they had buggered up their readings for, and because we had some credit in the account, they are allowed to take for it.

Some folk will (rightly!) say “well, you used it, you should pay for it”….but the reality is that their systems are sometimes built on quicksand. If you do not leave (much) credit in the account, they cannot bill for energy used more than 12 months ago.

Energy companies are not banks 👀

My Bro and SiL are coming at 1230.....we will watch the footy then eat the Chilli wat I made*.
* must confess its a bit on the hot side which worries me. Just about ok for me but don't know how hot they like it.

As long as the dish is not physically too hot the yoghurt won't curdle. Perhaps put a pot of yoghurt on the table so people can tone things down to taste.
