Morning folks :okay: Getting parky up here now, not bothered except for when it gets icy :rolleyes:not a fan of ending up on ones back staring at the sky and wondering what happened. Put my garden sprayer into use yesterday to wash the salt n crud of the bike, low pressure so wont do any damage. Was looking at merino wool jerseys on ebay- 2nd hand cycle ones for £30 ish or M&S for a tenner hmm cant be that much difference? I have some Helly Hansen base layers which are really good and bought some shoe covers a while ago :okay:

I have long sleeve and short sleeve HH base layers that are still going strong, at least a decade after purchase. Good kit.

Stressful day for various reasons. Been a few months since I indulged in the green fairy, but absinthe hour has arrived early.
Louche lush! Hoping to wake up tomorrow bright-eyed, not too sure about the tail.

Good evening all.
Today we went to Hampstead heath. We walked from Kenwood House right through to the bottom of the heath near to Gospel Oak.
Had coffee in the cafe and then walked the long way back to Kenwood.
The dog had a great time. 3 hours walking in total.
Got home, had toasted cheese and ham sandwiches for lunch, and then cooked a lovely red wine and beef casserole for tea. Now drinking the remainder of the wine. 🍷
A very nice busy day.

Good morning. Woke at 0430, managed to doze again but at 0530 I gave in and crawled out of bed.
Just had a coffee. I found some 'espresso' pods in the cupboard. Why does anyone bother with espresso.....there was perhaps a decent mouthful and that was it.
I will cogitate and decide what the day holds out for me.
