Things are at some semblance of normality at the new Drago Towers, so I think today I may give my car a relaxing clean.

Good morning from Newcastle. We had a really nice meal at a small Greek restaurant last night. I was feeling a bit under the weather but put it down to the delayed train journey. Unfortunately it was the beginning of a cold and I have a headache, streaming nose and a headache. 🥲
I shall persist and make the most of our trip

Good morning all, it's raining at the front of the house, and sunny at the back.
Of out with the dogs soon, and then I think I'll have beans on toast for breakfast.
This afternoon we are going to the pictures to see the latest, and last Michael Caine film, the Great Escaper. Glenda Jackson, also her last film before she died is also in it. I've been told it's very good. I shall report back.

Thanks but no thanks. I think I'll pass.
Good morning folk.
A nice, relaxing day ahead.
I have a blind being fitted this morning. 80 quid all in and it matches all the ones in the conservatory. My new ground level bedroom is directly in the back garden so.......when the tribe and their dogs are here a blind will give me privacy when needed.

There is a mirror type plastic that you can stick to your window. You can see out, but no one can see in. All they see is themselves. You stick it to the window by simply spraying water on the window, then attaching it and using a scraper squeeze the excess water out. Cheap and cheerful.

I read of one instance where it was installed incorrectly. The person in the house thought it was working because everything was opaque when looking out, and not realising it was transparent when looking in.
