We have 1 only and he's next to useless. When the previous one retired (who I never even saw), the new one took over and cut the surgery hours. You now can't get in before 9.00AM or after 4.00PM and he doesn't open on Saturdays!!!

Until very recently we had one GP and she was getting worse - very dismissive about stuff you have found out yourself - even if it is from proper website (in my case - such as Asthma UK!)

So we have moved to another GP with about 5 GPs - of unknown working hours
Experience so far has been limited - but I had a blood test and the very nest day the receptionist was on to make an appointment for a telephone appointment with a GP
AND the GP was move proactive that the previous surgery - wants to review the treatment after 6 weeks - the old place just lobbed the pills at me with a label on to take them for a year
When the year was up I had to go back and ask what to do next - and even then I got a message back and no contact with anyone clinical

we shall see - but looks much better - which is probably more luck than judgement!

Thanks but no thanks. I think I'll pass.
The only thing you should have for a chip butties are chips of course, white bread and tomatoes sauce.

I had a blood test re high blood pressure back in September, to be fair the doc did ring me to advise that I needed to be on tablets and I was also pre-diabetic and that someone would be in touch. Almost 6 weeks later I got a call to advise I was in the pre-diabetic scale, when I said the doc had already told me, they advised he'd put nothing on the notes to say he'd already told me. :headshake:

Apparently I am living in the dark ages

I have to admit that we - and I think maybe I should start a gofundme page to rectify this - only have ONE dishwasher

apparently it is becoming common to have 2 - or even 3

How many on here have more than one?
just how far down the social scale have I dropped?
any donations?

(sorry about the DM link - I was wondering about their current political viewpoint - but lets not go to "the other side"!)

Two here, one in the house and one in the annexe kitchen. However, we generally live in the annexe, so that's the one that gets used.

Hope I’ve not just bought an expensive clothes hanger! Bit of a mad impulsive buy……again, but I have just pressed buy on a Wattbike Atom. If I’m not going to venture out on a bike until at least the spring I would like to keep the legs turning over indoors. A bog standard exercise bike just doesn’t cut it for me as I need the motivation of being able to use apps. There’s a short free trial of Zwift but I quite fancy Rouvy and being able to ride routes all over the world.

Does this mean we will be being treated to some international willies in the near future? ;)

In lockdown I used the smart trainer every day. I found it best to do a challenge, in my case LeJog. Seeing my daily progress kept me motivated, when I finally arrived I did the route in reverse.
