Step count doesn't seem to match the distance done. Approximately 1,000 steps(double) per mile is an average.

No wonder it died , and you force feeding it lubricating oil , you should be reported to the RSPCA

Spent a couple of hours in the garden this morning, vacuuming up leaves and clearing the pond.
Picked up four Echiums from Dunster, free of charge, before we dropped in to Doniford Farm for lunch.

Had some superb roast beef; best I've had for years. Opted for the small portion. of course.....

I just checked my diary and I am having yet another covid jab tomorrow at 3pm. I also noticed that the weather forecast is good for Tuesday so might go for a ride then although I have hardly eaten anything in the last 2 days due to a stomach bug. Hope my appetite comes back soon.

Off to hospital to see the oral specialist. Dentist is concerned with "strange" discolouration..... particularly on my tongue. Could do without more problems really but hey how.

Fingers crossed it’s nothing to worry about Dave but better to find out. That’s why regular dental check ups are good. They check your gums and tongue as well as your teeth.

Due to my injured shoulder and inability to wield a chainsaw at the moment, I've got a chap coming round this morning to trim 6ft off the one laurel hedge that I didn't do in the summer.
He said he'd be here at 0830.
I'll be having several trips to the tip to dump the cuttings today.

Carpet fitters in today, it's a big house and they reckon it's a 3 day job all told.

Hesting and got water not working. Boiler shows low pressure somI guess its tripped out. I'll walk Mini D to school then wander across to see Dan the site manager and he'll get it fixed for me.
