Morning folks and congrats to mo on her win :okay: Shall spin indoors today thats for sure, its safer! i signalled to a van driver to slow down the other day because of the ice, he ignored me and sped through...wonder he didnt end up in the loch..
I wish the trainer could generate heat i'd have greater motivation to turn the pedals!

Think I may have a cold as I've a headache, I'm a bit stuffed up, and one of my eyes aches and is bloodshot (I can see just fine) so one Bruce is walked it'll be a Q day at home for me.

I think its just the pic angle. Ive had a play with seat height recently and think its about optimum, i can just touch the floor on tippy toes, any higher and my legs would be locking out at end of stroke! :okay:

Looking forward to getting started on my Wattbike when it arrives. I think being able to use Zwift will make all the difference. You can even tackle some of the famous climbs. That's for when I get my cycling legs back but it'll be easy zone 2 rides for the first few weeks I think. It'll be good doing some of the routes then trying them again and trying to improve my time. I need things like that to keep my motivation.
