Morning all :hello:

Had a great evening with our mates last night.
Ate too much! Funnily enough, I didn't drink much, just a beer and a couple of glasses of wine.
Was out in the garden last night watching the Geminid meteor showers - we're lucky enough to have pretty dark skies here.
Bacon sarnies on the go once they're all out of bed.
Later this morning we'll be having a walk into Watchet, a mooch around the shops and lunch in the Bell.
Guests go home this afternoon.

Morning all.
Today's headline news is that the Warrington bin collectors strike is over.
Today is my day for collection BUT the council can't tell us which in it will be........so we have to put both blue and black out.........how exciting is that  .
Green bin has been rammed for over 10 weeks and they are not offering any dates for that.
I need to go to the post office for some cash and that sums up my day

The Ovo saga continues. Please everyone avoid this company. I've never experienced such shocking customer service.

I've already emailed them 3 times about the faulty meter that was replaced, each time quoting meter numbers and figures but got an email from them this morning saying the meter number and figures don't tally. Erm.....that'll because the incompetent pillocks are quoting the new meter number but still the old meter readings! You just couldn't make it up.

I was on my bike in the evening…….but just indoors  At least it wasn’t cold, quite the opposite once you get going! That’s 110 miles on it since I got it a week past Monday. Haven’t even lost an ounce though. I think I would need to exercise 6 hours a day and almost stop eating to lose weight. I used to find it so much easier when I was younger. Maybe too much yo-yo dieting over the years has fecked my metabolism up.

Think there was some rain overnight but it’s off now and to be a decent day. I’ll get out soon.
Well done on racking up the miles you'll have your cycling legs back in no time! :okay: I do prefer the real world but my trainer certainly keeps the old legs in trim when i work hard and sweat is dripping of my nose ^_^ Didnt meet one other cyclist yesterday they must have more sense and are at home on their trainers :okay:

Late on parade after a busy morning. Went for a run and arrived home just as the van delivered the new bread maker. All unpacked and ready to go. Another package arrived shortly afterwords, this contained 4x1Kg bags of coffee beans so I was met with a glorious aroma when I opened the package. Just woken up on the sofa where I started composing this message over an hour ago 😮
