Right......I am blaming Mo and Welshie.
Neither of you reminded me to take the tissue out of the pocket before putting my fleece in the washing machine
To make matters worse I put dark woolen joggers in with it.
I am trying to work out how best to get a gazillion bits of tissue off everything.

Bin them and buy replacements? ;)

Edit: I see @welsh dragon beat me too it. ;)

:hello: Hi I'm alive......just and still no better. I'll have to wait until well after Christmas to see a doctor, but if it is a prolapsed disc there is not much they can do other than pain killers and flat bed rest to see if it will settle down on it's own
Having suffered with disc troubles for 55 years now** I got best results from a Physio that specialised in sports injuries.
**lots of hospital treatment plus a small fortune spent on various chiropractors, osteopaths etc.
I wish you the best as its horrible and debilitating.

Thanks but no thanks. I think I'll pass.
My son had back problems a few months ago. In the end he had to see a physio therapist. It cost him money he really couldn't afford, but he couldn't afford to not work either. It worked a treat. And now he has the exercises that he needs to help his back.

I've suffered for 51 years, first started when I was 21, had a laminectomy followed by another operation for spinal stenosis, I do think this is another prolapsed disc.
Been to a few Physio and some even made me worse so never again OK if it is just muscular maybe they are good at that.
