still no results from my biopsy, no news is good news as they say, but it's a bit of a worry.
I have three parcels today two have come, but one from Evri will not be here until 19:00 - 21:00
and my new water flosser is playing up only had it a few days and it's not charging.

From the little I know (and personal experience)....if it was bad news you would know quickly.

All the usual things to do today and I'm hoping to get out on the bike later to keep the legs ticking over.
Sainsbury's are delivering the weekly essentials between 0900 and1000.
And there is another bike race on Eurosport this afternoon.

Over 3 months ago a cat scan showed I had the start of an enlarged prostate. I am still awaiting the pleasure of someone sticking their finger up my bum.
