A barmy 4° here and yet another dry day is forecast.......I see a hosepipe ban coming this weekend.
Little to do today though I might throw the dark washing in.
I must Google this "ironing" thing that Drago keeps referring to......is it an ancient custom he is bringing back??

Good morning all.
A damp start to the day here.
Sainsbury's are delivering the weekly goodies, I have had to order fruit from them this week. I feel a bit guilty, but my greengrocer has closed whilst the new owners refit the shop.
I need some more wild birdseed, so will cycle up to the high road to the Robert Dyas shop. There are a few other bits I need up there, some wrapping paper and a card, it's MrsP's birthday on Friday.

It's tipping down again, definitely the alternative walk this morning, our usual route through the woods will be a quagmire. As I write this a seagull has just alighted on the garden fence.

I decided on an Aldi dash as my legs were feeling better today and I have found that Aldi is quiet around 09.30 on Tuesdays.
They do seem to run out of certain popular items which I assume is bad planning somewhere along the line.
