Thanks but no thanks. I think I'll pass.
I had to post something. Mr WD had been playing around with the car as the exhaust was sounding a bit loud so 2 birds 1 stone as they say. It does sound better now.

I think most of the noise is simply because it's not a Suzuki exhaust but a cheaper one. Anyhow it does sound better.

LSAS is having an Open Day
we drove past it yesterday - on the way to a dress shop for The Wedding before anyone comments - and there was a big poster outside saying they are having an open day

We are NOT going but I thought maybe other would be?????

(it is more commonly known round here as the nudist colony in Prescot - if that matters!!!)

Had a short wander and popped into the Co-op on the way home. Glad it was nothing chilled/frozen as I met a woman I used to be friends with when we both had horses. She can talk for Scotland! I was starting to cook standing in the sun.

Just had a light, refreshing lunch of Greek yoghurt and watermelon.

I’m not sure if I want to go back out in the heat or just chill indoors.

Well Good Afternoon. It's another lovely day though a little cloudy and cooler. My knee has suddenly swollen and is painful. This is the worst it's been for months. I've been wearing my walking sandals the last few days. I suspect they don't give enough support. I'm a little p***** off about this.

Had to swap today around a lot thanks to the knee. So instead of fixing the mower and allotment work I'm doing emails, car insurance, travel insurance etc. Already been to the dentist, ironing done, hair cut and supermarket run.

One of the things I like about our Aldi is everything is exactly where one expects it to be.
