This is Paul's broom. My mate Trigger has advised on the repair.........
I rate him as well. He is solid defensively, good intelligent positional play and has a great attitude. I can't recall any glaring errors during his time at Ewood. In my view his best contribution to a game is when he's going forward. I wonder if his long-term future is as a defensive leftside midfielder. He played a few games in this position, in front of Harry Pickering. He can really pick out a pass and create opportunities. I remember him more from those matches than when he played left back.Paul.
Change of subject.
You have our young left back, Owen Beck.
What do you think of hum ?
Your manager seems to rate him.

Good morning. A beautiful bright and breezy morning. My buddies are gravelling today. I'm envious. #2SP collection at 8.15. I don't have my usual enthusiasm for this. I am sure though this will have changed by the time I pick her up.
Yesterday was strange. My lad invited both sets of grandparents for lunch. His partner has a complex family situation, mother married twice, father married three times and a variety of siblings. Yesterday we had biological father with #3 wife. Talk about competitive. Within 10 minutes I realised he saw this as a "who's the best granddad" thing. #3 wife, who I'm told has no interest in children, was similar. Mrs P and I both sat back and took no part in the competition.
The one occasion I interacted with #2SP her other grandfather pushed in within 30 seconds. I found that strange. After they had gone #2SP came over and climbed onto my lap. That meant a lot. Usually when I'm house it's to collect her for childminding. As we stood by our car, Mum holding her, #2 put out her arms and lent forward as if to say OK, I'm ready to go.
Enough of my musings. I feel a bit groggy. Mrs P has appeared very early which means I can use the shower without waking her.
Manchester here I come.
