Im not on any of them. From what I gather they're photographs of people's lunch on the one hand, and at the other extreme they're inhabited by people who share their political views to make their chums cackle and then invent puerile names for anyone that dare disagree. Dant be doing with any of that nonsense.

Yes, a lot of truth in this. However with a bit of selectivity (is that a word?) it can be useful. We have friends scattered across the globe, keeping up with the minutiae of their lives is good. I belong to four cycling groups and pick up good stuff from these, especially the Canals and Railways group, a goldmine of new tracks and trails. The MAGA threads are very entertaining. 🤣

But you're right, it's 99% crap.

Handy for finding out about local stuff too. Our local town page is good for finding out about things like road closures due to accidents, trees down, etc. Sometimes folk put up that there’s black ice in the winter and saves me going out and breaking my neck.

I just realised it’s only 5 days until the longest day. It feels like only the other day it was the shortest. How did that happen!

Im on Faceache but again that only started as a way of keeping in touch with ex Uni mates who moved abroad. I hardly bother with it.
Sites like this are useful for cycling info plus a bit of amiable rambling. Although on occasion I've been attacked as anti-cyclist which was hilarious seeing as it seems I ride a bit more than a lot on here ^_^

A relatively busy morning so far, weathervane dropped off at local blacksmith for repair, went hunting for a mates lost cycling jacket he lost yesterday on club ride(no joy) and a trip to nearest supermarket for a few supplies we didn't order last delivery.
Washing is out, car is plugged in charging so it's time for a 2nd breakfast.
