Bruce loves chasing pheasants. That's the gun dog breeding.
A long day travelling to and from Cheltenham from Poole. Everything went like clockwork at the cemetery, staff were brilliant and had dug a hole for Mrs Tkk's brother and his wife's ashes to go in the family grave. There was even a little wooden platform with short rope handles to put the box containing the ashes on and lower into the hole. After we paid our respects we had a walk around and visited the section with the graves and crosses from the Great War. Visited Brian Jones's grave and the Chinese section. This was followed by a nice lunch in a pub beer garden, then back in the car for the long journey home.
Quite an emotional and fulfilling day.

My Millie surprised a few and grabbed them and brought them back to me! She was a Labrador/Springer cross.

Nope. I couldn’t even kill the poor things. Fortunately they seemed to die of shock within minutes anyway. She looked so pleased with herself though.

Good Lord! Just popped outside to the recycling bin. The air felt very warm. My thermometer is reading 19⁰!!!
Good morning. A busy day ahead. I have a physio appointment at 9.15. The knee is playing up again. Mrs P's treatment at 10.45. Then PT for me at 3.00pm. In between I hope to shop, tidy and generally be a domestic goddess.
Quiz night this evening. As usual we will aim for mid-table mediocrity.

Then, possibly out for a pub meal. 'They' want to go early ie 12 but that would put me under too much pressure to eat
