Good morning from sunny Dorset. I will head out for a jog before it gets too warm. Nothing planned for the rest of the day apart from ordering stuff from IKEA and there’s a bike on Ebay auction that has the auction finishing this evening. It's located in Wimborne so easy to collect if I bid and win🤞

Good day. Another lovely morning. After overnight rain it's cool and fresh, we're forecast for rain all day and a high of 18⁰ Doesn't look much like that now. We will see. Rain due at 8.00am.

Not much news really. I will potter around if it's wet, if dry it will be allotment time and bike cleaning. For the moment I'm going to enjoy bolied eggs, toast and coffee while watching an episode of Dept Q.

Stretching afterwards but no exercise routine as my body needs some rest after yesterday's exertions. Legs feel good today.

A sunny start to the day here, no rain forecast down this way, top temperatures of around 27⁰
A day of pottering around the garden, and maybe a short bike ride later on.

I don't believe it. I knew the man was insane but this. I go to bed with the world a pretty grim place and wake up seven hours later to find its a hundred times worse.

Humid walk done. Needed the jacket for a bit of rain to start but it went off so I was able to take it off. More thundery showers due later but at least there’s a decent breeze coming in so hopefully the house won’t get as warm.

Cooooeeee. Dull and overcast here. We are expecting more rain later on. It going to be cooler here for the next week or so thank god.

I all my cycling days I have never cleaned a bike, wiped and oiled the chain etc but never a clean.
