I blamed the menopause, but presumably you don’t have that problem.
Pleasant wander round the riverside trail done and just finished a bowl of strawberries and greek yoghurt. I’m really enjoying berries and yoghurt for brekkie at the moment. Nice mix of protein and carbs too so it seems to fill me up ok. I was finding with porridge, I got hungry again quite quickly. Maybe raises the blood sugar too much then crashes again?
Well.....I am just about to tuck into porridge with blueberries and honey.
Well.....
Did you?Well what ??
Did you?
And if you did, were it good.
And very little cleaning up afterwards.I did indeed.
I said, a few says ago, I find the packets of Quaker oats so simple to prepare ie empty the sachet into a container (I use a jugl) .....fill the sachet up to the line with milk, add, stir and micro for 2 minutes.
No guess work.
I add eg blueberries and honey.
And very little cleaning up afterwards.
Just heat and eat...

I recently read an article in one of the sciency forums / websites I frequent that was discussing the male " mid life crisis " effect andlinking it to hormonal changes. I believenthe term " Manopause " was used 🤔
No spoon?Yes just a jug and a dish which clean easily.

Porridge is a slow release carb, there shouldn't be any peaks and crashes.
