Did a gentle 45 minute jog on the treadmill then had a nice soak in the tub. Breakfast now.

Celery apparently uses more calories eating it than contained in it. Or at least that was always the rumour.

My top tip, dip it in crunchy peanut butter. Yum!

Nutritious and delicious.

Or philadelphia cheese, also very nice. Cookery tip of the day......
Celery and Carrot are the essential building blocks of a soup, stew or a bolognese type sauce. :hungry:
 
I've been shopping, little bit of rain in the air too, but I don't think it will come to much
ps I spoke to my Russian neighbours, he didn't try to bomb me
