Good morning all fellow retirees.
A cloudy start to the day here, it's possible that we will get some rain later on, other forecasts say the rain will pass to the south of us. It is also about 10⁰ cooler.
Uncle Ernie has sent in his monthly bonus, £175 this month.😁
A domestics day is in the offing, and some tidying up around the garden. I ate some of my home grown new potatoes yesterday, they are very tasty. The variety is Maris Bard, a first early. Not a hugh crop, but most of them are still in the ground and the grow sacks where they can dry off and will store nicely.
First mug of tea being drunk :cuppa: while I contemplate what to have for breakfast.
Enjoy your day everyone.

Morning. Dry at the moment but there may be showers. No doubt waiting on me going out.

A pathetic £50 from Ernie.

That PB thread can be demoralising.

Long-term our PB's returned less than our other investments and we dumped them ages back.

For every 100k we have invested we get around £4250 pa net return without fail - our PB's were nowhere near that.

The very disingenuous PB rate has just gone down but ISA and FRB rates are creeping up!
