Morning. Going to be another hot one so I better get out now if I want some exercise. I see it’s an easterly breeze today so I would be better staying at the back of the house where it comes in. The living room at the front with the big window will be unbearable later.

A pleasant start to the day weather-wise.
A decent although broken sleep was had.
The 'back right' of the house (where the flat is) has for some reason always been much cooler than the rest and is quite pleasant even in this heatwave.
Once my medicine has gone down I will have a cup of char and a Bicki then head out for my daily walk.
