I have just had bacon, egg, hash brown, mushroom and plum tomato. Followed that with a fresh baked cob/bap (still warm).

Had an afternoon snooze. Needed it. Apparently I will feel fatigued during recovery.

A week to 10 days for the physical symptoms to pass, the weakness on my left side in my case, and I feel a little improved today in that regard.

The fatigue  probably a few weeks, but some folk months or even years.
A week to ten days isn't that bad. The weakness will go, especially if you follow what's been said. I sorta know from personal experience, but I've never been good at following orders on how to look after myself.

You've your fitness before it happened on your side.

Morning. I nearly just got up at 4.30 as I wasn’t sleeping. Glad I didn’t as there’s been very heavy showers since and more to come. I feel the need for a walk though so I’ll just have to put up with cooking inside the waterproofs. I detest wet and humid weather.
