Bonjour. I am taking Mrs G to a funeral at 12.30 and will walk Molly whilst the church ceremony goes on, then meeting a friend at 4 pm .
It is far too windy to go for a ride at the moment which is a pity as the weather is nice otherwise.
I am keeping an eye on the weather forecast for Chester on the 17th as the Ride Chester sportive is on then but I will enter it only if the weather is good.

Morning, I've been shopping, needed a few bits.
Didn't feel like breakfast so that now will be brunch
and lunch will be very late

Last emptying of the water tank today after the cleaning solution. Waiting for the tank to drain and the fill up up again for fresh water at last.

Same here. Quite warm now so I did the riverside trail. It was mostly visitors I met. The good weather brings them out.

Sadly coming along my street one of my neighbours told me their oldest Collie, Bonnie is on her last legs. They are just back from the vet and she is lying out in the garden now but it looks like the end is near. She’s been a great dog.

OW! Is he insured ?

It's Octopus so yes. I popped in to our local family run Carpet and Flooring shop ( they fitted our new carpet earlier in the year) and showed them the photos. They were doubtful about the feasibility of replacing and matching the single plank ( click together type laminate ). I relayed this to the lead engineer on site and he said they use a company that specialises in repairs, but if I'm not happy they will replace the whole floor at their expense.
