Started young, and still going.
Location
Barnet,
Good morning from a wet and wild Dorset.
Heavy rain and strong winds at the moment, but due to pass over soon.
Today we are going into Lyme Regis and if we have time will go to the Seaton tramway which has a strange connection to Barnet as one of the Trams was built in Barnet when manufacturing was still a thing.

In Tesco with Mrs D yesterday evening and a message goes over the tannoy for staff member Mr Whatever .

I said to Mrs D, "this a code, theres trouble in the store."

She asked what it means?

To which I replied, "terrorists have taken the work experience boy hostage in the fish aisle."

The real funny thing is some of the old giffers that overheard clearly thought I was serious.

Morning all.
Lashing down here but the pm forecast has totally changed.....it is now for sunshine.
A good sleep but I am still tired.
I think a really chill day is called for.
I have to go through my bank account to check recent ins and and outs. Its like Fort Knox getting into the account.
Then, I know I have to do a bit more of my book......if I was an author I would be a skint one.

Morning from sunny and very hot Mallorca.
Might be too hot for cycling!
Out at the moment and it's already 27C.
Slight problem here though is some utter clown bought all his cycling kit except crucially shoes with spd-sl cleats. Bike shop I've hired bike from doesn't rent or sell shoes and logistical problems of getting to shop which will aren't worth hassle.
So, out on a really nice carbon road bike with flat pedals and trainers.
Not sure how the mountains will be!

Walk walked without getting too wet. It's a bit heavier now.

Toast and ham for breakfast with a big mug of decaf tea.

I might watch some of the athletics later if it stays wet.

Talking of animals being sick, I'm sure they seem to look for soft surfaces that are hard to clean to do it on. Molly is the same if she gobbles her food too quickly. The kitchen and hall have hard floors but she always goes into one of the bedrooms with a cream carpet to do it!
