Snap ! I just bought a pair of JBL Tune Beam 2 last week. Was a bit annoyed I had to get JBL app on phone and jump through hoops to get it up and running. It still didn't work. My son suggested tapping one with my finger . I did and they work ! zero noise feature fairly good for the price
I too was confused with the set-up process. Got there in the end though!
The App works fine for us on Samsung Android phone - the Eq feature is outstanding. Configuring the L&R tap settings is easy in the App, too.
The noise cancellation works really well, listening to music, with Mrs SD talking very loudly beside me, allowed no 'break-through' of her melliflouos tones.
Only slight 'glitch' is that three taps on the track control 'beam' returns the music to the start of the track being listened too, as opposed to returning to the previous track as stated in the instructions. Tbh, the 'glitch' may be an instruction error. Either way returning to the start of the track suits me better! What does yours do?
A veritable bargain at £45, sound quality is more than adequate. Nice bass, mids and highs. I bought these to allow me to curate my Spotify collection whilst Mrs SD watches TV, and vice-versa for her to use them to play games or look at cooking recipes, whilst I watch TV. Perfect for the job. We don't need buds that cost eg £200 as our primary music listening source is the home main music system.
Recommended for sure!
Yours should be good as they are more expensive than mine AFAIK.
