As of the beginning of November, we'll have to book a time for the local tips... ☹️

It's been that way here since Covid and you only get 3 slots per week which might seem more than enough but I've had occasions when I've cut grass/hedges and needed more!

There's not been any problems with the tips apart from the obvious weekends & bank holidays.
I think it's due to a new company taking over the six W Northants sites. Now 7 day opening instead of 5 but, from Nov 2nd it's booking only. I wonder what chaos that'll vause as it's not really been advertised!
I only noticed in passing when I was looking at something else in the local rag.

Don't think I'll bother with her again. We never used to have to go through that palaver back in the day.
Now off to see the real dentist for my check up.

My friend has just phoned to ask if we can go to the pub today (instead of tomorrow). So, a quick wash n shave then off I go.

Been to the pub and put the world to rights !!
Decided then that I would do an Aldi dash, wasn't in the mood but at least it's out of the road now.
Just sat down with an iced coffee as a pick me up.
