Morning. Bit of a long lie for me.

Weather isn’t great again. Showers this morning and heavier rain by afternoon and muggy again.

£150 from Ernie.

Morning.
Bit grey and overcast but so far dry.
Plans are take eldest to train station then buy flowers for the wife as its our anniversary and I've forgotten to get some yesterday.*
Possibly a walk and lunch together. Would like a bike ride but not sure if that's happening.

*I do have a card but I'm also pretty hopeless at the romantic stuff, fortunately the wife is used to it!

G'morning all, have a ^_^ on me to brighten your day up.
A bit of a 'mare yesterday. In a nutshell, my car insurance had run out. This was partly down to the present supplier not notifying me (most unusual) and partly down to my head being in a shed.
I did the usual comparison thing and one well known Co was clearly the best.
However (and here is the nutshell) I could not get the site to respond to me......they kept telling me that my email/pass word is wrong.
Took me 2 hours to get them on the phone only for them to refuse to action it as they are an "on line" company only.
Briefly, although Aviva (who I was speaking to) is massive 'Aviva Zero' are the 'online' arm and "never the two shall twain".
My daughter was trying to help but between us it took till late pm.... I was mentally knackered.
