I’m not that fond of them either. Don’t know if it’s just in my imagination, but I always think they make me feel a bit nauseous.
Run done. Walked a couple of k to the trailway and then ran 8k. Mrs Tkk ran down the trailway and I ran up the trailway to the pub before turning round and seeing if I could catch her up before she got home. I was unsuccessful, though in hindsight I could have popped in for a pint or two and told her that I'd done a longer run 😁

If you want to indulge yourself, I know where there's three rolls up for sale. Rolls are 100 foot long by 4 foot wide.

Right - bike cleaned and dried off
then the chain and gear stuff lubed
went out for a short test ride to make sure i had not c****d anything up and it feels SO smoother
probably should have done it a while ago!
(and no - I'm not saying what I used as lube!!!)

Have you tried removing the shell ?
