Life is fragile isn't it.
I am a member of a newish group set up to clean up and protect the park that my house backs onto.
The group (about 20 of us) meet (when needed) at the local pub. 2 weeks ago I met a pleasant couple who were in thier early/mid 60s. The husband had been photographing the fungi and other stuff for records.
Anyway, last night I got a message to say the husband has died. No known illness, no problems, just bump-gone.
I hardly knew him but for some reason it's affected me and the group, some of whom knew him for some time.
As I say, life is fragile.

Just found this on facebook, it sums me up -

Bonjour.
Thinking about my brother who passed away earlier this year. He would have been 80 today.
Sunny today but the wind is chilly. Might go for a ride later and there is a possibility that I will reorganised my shed to get a bit more space inside. It all depends how I feel later , after the ride.

Will you have something on if you go for the walk?

Of course I always wear socks and shoes
