Good morning all.
@PaulSB. I watched your boys beat Preston last night.
Lousy weather here with lots of the wet stuff around.
A question.......I am cat sitting today as everyone is away. I have put food out and the water bowl is quite full. Do I put her outside in this weather ? I have no idea.

I've been following the clipless debate, and yet again, as with earlier clipless debates it goes round and round in circles with no real conclusions either way. As you say, it will run and run.

I had Shimano shoes and clips when I got back into cycling. I had them for a good few months but just didn't like them so switched to ordinary pedals and trainers, I didn't feel worse off for not having them.
Each to his own etc.

Could add whether eccentric chain rings are a good thing into the equation  the thread might not go round and round but start wobbling!
Morning folks :okay: looking forward to going for a spin today! :okay:

Morning @Dave7 and everyone else . 😀
Best advice , ask/ watch the cat 😂 . After having a number cat gods in the past ( and currently being visited 2 cats that are not ours ) experience has taught me cats are normally very good telling you when they want something. If it’s been fed and it’s quiet/ sleeping , leave it alone. If it’s been fed and it’s active and looking for trouble, put it out for a bit .
As Mrs exlaser so elegantly puts it ‘ most cats are intitled wan@@rs ‘ most of the time when they are awake.
Her brother had a cat that used to howl at the back door to be let in at four in the morning every day . When it was let in, it then went to the front door and howled to be let back out again . It was too intitled/ lazy to walk round 😂.

I was initially wary to try them after using flats but once I got used to them I would never go back. I always found with flat pedals with pins that I always seemed to be moving my feet around to get the best position. Once you're clipped in you just don't even think about your feet.

6 mile wander done with the first couple of miles around the town as it's really dismal and foggy here so took ages to get light enough to hit the trail
