Its a well known fact that 'greens' are bad for you. I mean, dinosaurs were vegetarian and look what happened to them !!
Imagine a lion, just about to tuck into a wildebeast and saying "hang about, where's me peas and cabbage".

Not sure a T-rex was all that into his veg???

and rabbits are not really wandering around fancying a nice juicy steak
(and anyone talking about "cauliflower steaks" can just go and take a long walk off a short pier!)

Well the decision was made and I decided to go for a ride

got upstairs to get changed into the cycling clothes (old jeans basically) and looked out of the window to see tracks in the frost on the road outside where the cars had gone out

so I reckoned that was probably a bad idea as my record of falling off a bike and NOT having to go t A&E has not been too good the last few years
and the doctor has said my bones are weaker (osteopenia) than normal

so cycling with road-based tyres on tracks and paths might not be a good idea until it warms up a bit!!

Don't believe all that stuff that David Attenborough guy tells you.....what does he know.
And as for rabbits. They are a dying breed, it's just that no one has told them yet.

Very wise. I’ve come off twice on black ice, once on a road bike and once on a mtb with wide tyres which made zero difference. Front wheel just suddenly shot out from under me and I was down before I could do anything about it. Luckily nothing worse than ripped tights and scraped knees.

You ever seen the amount of beef nuts they get given to supplement their diet?

It's their equivalent of Soylent Green..

I’m back on carnivore, at least for a while. Still feeling stuffed from breakfast and not sure I’ll bother with lunch.

Works well if you stick to it.

Grilled meat breakfasts as an evening meal work well as do roast chicken breasts with roast veggies.

There's no such thing as a necessary carb AFAIK.

Good luck!
