You need a one that detects what you “need” as you approach the toilet, and, automatically selects the correct seat position ie no 1 seat up; no 2 seat down. 😂

Sounds like a job a for AI

WHich also has the advantage the Geoff Bezos can keep adn eye of everyone and let his favourite government know how people are doing

And also make sur ethat you get some relly helpful adds on your web searches to help you with your "problems"

personally - my wife always insists on everything being close
and closed before flushing to make sure any bacteria in the loo is kept in the place - or as low as possible if it escapes - when you flush

she tends to take general concepts and things "everyone knows) and research them and come to her own conclusion

Just slightly damp here in the EastMids…the weather, not toilet situation, I should add 🫣

Nice afternoon in London….even clocked almost 6km walking to the city from St Panc before the rain chucked down 😱
A good 40+ for pals leaving do later…I knew at least 10, recognised more but had forgotten some names, so entirely as expected 🤣👍
Also managed to go easy on the booze with a couple of Guinness 0° slipped in.
Tonight: back to comedy with Ross Noble, preceded with an Afghan meal with some pals who are also going 🤪

Morning folks :okay: fixed the bird boxes on the wall but it was a ****er drilling the holes, i had new masonry bits which were cream crackered when i finished. I like that wrens can roost/shelter in the boxes in bad weather, quite a few will shelter together [ive read]. :okay:

It's one of those seats that closes slowly.. Awkward when you go to a someone's loo that doesn't have one and you nearly crack the pan when you drop the seat with a mighty bang!

Yes, I've done that. I have had a number of them over the years. The early ones used to fail after a few months, one I had i could repair/botch but the 2nd, expensive one, went back to the store. The one I have now is a few years old and gets regular use.

What on earth is an Afghan meal ? Sheep's eye balls? Bulls testicles ?

Is that a slow seat or a fast cistern ?

We went from a gravity feed cold water tank in the loft to a pressurised cylinder. The shower is now excellent instead of a just about acceptable spray, and the cistern fills really quickly instead of a seemingly eternal slow trickle. We've recently had a new " comfort " toilet fitted with slow close lid. It's about 2" higher than the original but feels a lot higher.

We have a couple of wrens who nest in the stone wall opposite, 6 ' 8' away, our front window. It's great to watch them, they're so busy. Noisy little buggers, by far the noisiest in our garden.
