Good morning from a dry but chilly Dorset. 5 degrees at the moment but " feels like -3 " according to the forecast.
New radiator fitted in the lounge yesterday, swapped from single panel to double panel and the room holds temperature more consistently. The heating guys refilled the system, fired everything up and after a while went round with a thermal camera checking each radiator. Looked like a decent gadget, plugged into the bottom of his phone and used the phone screen as a display 😎
Have a peaceful day folks

Good morning all. A cloudy day in prospect with temperatures not getting much above 5⁰ today.
MrsP has appointment at Chase Farm hospital in Enfield later, she has a cyst on her index finger that keeps growing and then bursting , and then regrows. She is seeing a specialist of some sort.
All the usual stuff to do other than that.

Thanks but no thanks. I think I'll pass.
I remember reading about the Sex Pistols, the way they came out on stage. I don't know if it was only one time or a regular thing. Either Sid Vicious or Johnny Rotten would eat biscuits and drink whiskey, backstage, then come out and puke on the stage. Sid Vicious died at the age of 21 from a heroine overdose.

I actually didn't mind the Boomtown Rats, although I can't listen to punk rock for long. The lead singer, Bob Geldof, went on to better things and received a knighthood.

I never liked the sex pistols. They couldn't sing. The only thing they ever did was doing anything they could to shock people.

Seen 2 chaps today with haircuts like Lloyd Christmas. Mini D #1 owns a couple of gents hair salons and she informed me the style is called "the Edgar" and is quite popular right now. The mind boggles!
Guy at my gym wears that style. Until I googled "the Edgar" I thought he just has a terrible haircut 🤣

Good morning. It's a glorious day and I really should be riding. It is VERY cold and I've struggled to raise the motivation, it goes like that sometimes. My two buddies can't make it, I know if I put out a shout a few folk will stir in to action. The problem is it will be yet another bloody ride I'm expected to organise. Where are we going? What's the route? Which cafe? This happens week in, week out. My buddies and I are tired of it and increasingly go on our own. We're the only ones with a sense of adventure. And folk ask "Where do you find all these great routes?" Eŕrrrrrrr.........too many club riders are used to being spoon fed. Every now and then we leave the cafe until 40-45 miles........that winds up the natives. 🤣🤣

I'm going to spend the morning on the allotment and then over to see #2 son as his Xbox wasn't working last night.
