Been watching YouTube. I follow this guy who I like, partly as he’s a Scottish GP so I trust his advice rather than some of the wacky influencers.

Shame he doesn’t have more subscribers, so if any of you are looking for someone to follow for general health advice why not give him a like and subscribe.

Interesting: added to my too big list of people to listen to.
Am I the only one here who listens at 1.25-1.5x speed to get through things faster?!

Another very good one is Doctor Alex - see channel here.
No, not the one from Love Island (I am told!), but covers lots of things very clearly 👍

Morning all.
Another glorious day ahead with wall to wall sunshine promised.
The plan(s) is/are .........
Enjoy my coffee while listening to Tony Blackburn with SoTS.
Go for a walk.
Get the electric scooter out and go to the co-op**. The road there is quite busy with 1 island and 1 set of lights so it will be a learning curve. Its got a max 8mph and lights/indicators etc so I can use road or pavement.
**the co-op has a meal deal on eg 2 x Indian meals, 2 sides ie naan, bahjies plus 4 cans of beer or coke. All for £10.00 as a member. It will all freeze.
Have a good day everyone.

Barnet,
Good morning all.
A frosty start to the day here, but it's going to be a fine sunny day.
I'm listening to Tony Blackburn on the radio and drinking my first mug of tea :cuppa:
All the usual stuff to do today, I'll be out and about on the bike later, I have a library book to return, the market to visit, and then MrsP wants me to clean the front room and hallway carpets. They do look a bit dirty and could do with a refresh.

Morning all :hello:

I'll be gardening most of today and checking all my fencing as we will be having a new arrival on Monday.
After 3 years since losing our old JR, we are having a new pup.
Meet 'Boo' the Whippet.

As someone that has never had a dog and knows nothing about them, why a Whippet? That's not a critique, its a serious question.
BTW
Its a lovely looking dog.

One word: temperament.
After having six Jack Russells over the years, MrsD decided to in for a quieter breed.
Whippets are generally less manic, apparently.
I wasn't too bothered about having another dog, but she can't live without one; so I caved in.
