Good morning all. Yesterdays rain has gone and the sky is cloud free at the moment.
I'm meeting a mate of mine this morning for a dog walk and then i will cycle to Winchmore Hill for the first of the meetings with the group the Doctor has sent me to about nutrition and pre diabetic advice. It will be a 10 mile round trip so will kill two birds with one stone so to speak.
Enjoy your day everyone :cuppa:

Morning.
Dry and breezy. Plan for today is dismantle old woodstore I made about 10 years ago, get it to the tip then lay base for a new one. Won't be doing all that today what with other stuff on the agenda but I'll do what I can. Washing, trip to town to get prescription etc.
Would like to get some weights in later but the physical work i'll be doing might be suffice.

Walk done. Just a bit of drizzle to start then brightened up. Better enjoy a few dry hours while we have it. Sadly the long range forecast is more wet stuff for the start of April. :rain:

Another Ageuk client this morning

so off to Runcorn soon - then off to Speke to get a few things - including an Easter chocolate thing fro my wife
which she might or might not have been hinting she wanted a few weeks ago - no idea

apparently I am very bad at picking up hints about what she wants as a present for things

err - yes - firstly I am a man
secondly she is not a lesbian so she has to put up with that
Thirdly - I'm me - I'm worse at subtle hints than normal - I tend to be rather direct
fourthly - she married me - she should have realised the above!!!

(Read psychological research thing a while ago - a woman was looking at why men are so bad at picking things up

she had to change the topic after the first phase when she realised that actually CCTV and other things showed that the "obvious hints" could not be seen by other women either!!)

anyway - ....

Double double sleepover. We have granddaughter No 2 for a fortnight and Granddaughter No1 for a couple of nights. They're both going to an Easter Egg hunt at Kingston Lacey tomorrow, then Granddaughter No 2 is off to Cherbourg for a few days.

No idea how old your grandchildren are but that sounds good.
My granddaughter is at Uni.... closed for easter and is staying here for 10 days.
